  • Airtable and project management solutions.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

  • User-Generated Content: Any workflows, process maps, or customizations created for your business remain your property. However, Goxmit retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated data for internal analysis and improvement of our Services.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Our Services may be provided on a project-based, hourly, or subscription basis, as agreed upon in a separate agreement or quote.
  • Invoicing: Payments are due upfront or as specified in your contract. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of Services.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our Refund Policy (available upon request).
  • Third-Party Payments: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment details.

6. Confidentiality

  • We treat all business processes, workflows, and data shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • You agree to keep any proprietary information or tools provided by Goxmit confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

B. Limitations of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goxmit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goxmit, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
