You've already done the hard part
You understand the system. You know why manual follow-up breaks down, what the six states do, how the gate decides what fires, and how a paid invoice stops the chase on its own.
You could build this yourself. The book gives you everything.
But understanding a system and configuring one are two different kinds of work. One is mental. The other eats your Saturdays.
This page exists for the reader who wants the outcome without the second kind of work.
What happens on the call
Thirty minutes. You describe your business — your invoice volume, your payment terms, how you follow up today. I tell you what a realistic implementation looks like, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing for your business.
What we'll cover
Your invoice volume, payment terms, current process, and what a realistic implementation looks like.
What you'll learn
The timeline, what it costs, and whether it's a good fit for your business.
You decide
On the call or after it. No pressure, no obligation.
What you get back isn't just a workflow.
It's the part of your morning you currently spend remembering who needs a reminder, checking whether someone paid, and deciding what to send next.
The morning digest.
One email per draft — the right message, for the right client, at the right stage. You click Approve, Not Approved, or Hold. You're done in minutes.
The tracking sheet.
Every open invoice in one place, with its stage, its next reminder date, and its status. You don't have to open QuickBooks just to check who owes what.
The pause that works.
A client calls to explain. You click Hold. The sequence stops — and when the hold ends, the reminders resume from where they left off, not from the beginning.
The stop that works.
A client pays. Once the payment lands in QuickBooks, the chase stops on its own. No further reminders are drafted once the invoice is reflected as paid.
The escalation that doesn't fire twice.
When an invoice runs out of stages, it lands in your Slack as a human decision — not as a sixth reminder you told the client you wouldn't send.
The numbers that matter.
At the end of each month: hours saved, DSO, and aging distribution — measured against the baseline you captured in Chapter 1.

The honest choice
Build it yourself
If you enjoyed Chapters 3 through 7, the book gives you everything you need. The DIY path costs your time, but nothing else.
Have me build it for you
If you'd rather get the result without the build, I'll configure the system for you. Either way, the follow-up gets done.
A few honest answers
Will I understand it after you hand it off?
Yes. Every node I configure is a node Chapter 11 describes. Every state change is one of the six states from Chapter 2. You'll recognize the system when you open it. That's deliberate — you should be able to maintain what you own.
Can I change the messages or the stages later?
Yes. The stage configuration holds the schedule. The draft-building step holds the messages. Both are editable, and both are documented in the book. You're not locked into my defaults.
Can I add AI-assisted approval later?
Yes. The system is designed so the human approval layer can be extended or replaced later without rebuilding the entire workflow. If that's something you want, mention it on the call.
What do you need from me to start?
Read-only access to your accounting platform, your n8n account (I'll help you set one up if you don't have it), the Google account your sheet will live on, and the business rules. You can revoke all of it the moment handoff is done.
What if something breaks in month two?
The 30-day window covers corrections to the system as configured and handed over. If something we agreed would work isn't working as expected, I'll fix it at no extra cost. After that, the troubleshooting table in Chapter 10 handles most issues, and paid support is available if you want it. You're not signing up for a subscription.
What if something isn't working as agreed?
That's what the 30-day fix window is for. If the system isn't running the way we agreed, I make it right. If we get to the end of the window and there's still an implementation issue covered by the original scope, we address it under that agreement.
Do you keep my credentials?
No. Everything runs on your n8n instance, not mine. Once the handoff is done, revoke anything you gave me.
How long is the wait for a slot?
Depends on the month. Book the call and I'll tell you honestly.
Ready to skip the build?
One call. Thirty minutes. Zero obligation.
The worst case is that you keep everything the book gave you and build it yourself.
